Sir Henry Bures died in 1528. He is buried at Acton, Suffolk, Great Britain. Over two hundred years after the famous military brass to Sir Robert De Bures was laid in the small church in Acton, Suffolk, a brass in honor of his descendent, Sir Henry Bures was erected. While the memorial brass honoring Sir Robert DeBures is known because of it’s beautiful engraving, Sir Henry Bures is curious in that it combines several different styles and his head rests on a helmet far to small for the size of the figure.
