Ordering and Shipping
ORDERING:
- All orders are filled in the order that they are received.
- If you need a RUSH order – please contact me at sales@dragonpipes.com and I will let you know if I will be able to fill your order within the time frame required.
- Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order, requesting additional information if needed, and giving you an estimate on the shipping date. (Some email providers have some serious SPAM blockers in place so please be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK files for your email).
- Off the Rack purchases will be shipped out the within 48 hours of payment received.
- Custom orders take between 1-3 weeks (most times faster) depending on the size and complexity of the order. May through October is my busiest season because of weddings and Halloween) so if you are concerned that you won’t receive your order in time – just email me to check prior to purchasing.
PAYMENT:
- Prices are in US Dollars
- Payment can be made with credit cards through Paypal
RETURNS:
- Because my items are custom made by hand, I cannot accept returns. If I have made an error, your item will either be repaired, replaced, or you will receive a store credit. I do not offer refunds, only store credits. Notification of a problem must be made within one day of receiving your item.
- Any returns without authorization from me will be refused.
- I apologize in advance for this policy, but I have had customers wear their purchase to an event and then try to return it after their event. Unfortunately some dishonest people have ruined my return policy for everyone.
SHIPPING:
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS depending on size and weight of package Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders. International Buyers, please contact me prior to purchasing so I can give you exact shipping costs!
