This hand-crafted, professionally made jeweled Locket was created based on the jewelry worn by royalty and the landed gentry of the Medieval and Renaissance Eras. It will add that finishing touch to any noblewoman&'s attire.
Lockets were extremely popular during the reigns of the Tudors. Records of purchases have Henry VIII giving a miniature of himself to a many women including Anne Boleyn and Jane Seymour! Queen Elizabeth reported wore one with a picture of "her Robin" Robert Dudley, Earl of Leicester inside. I have left the inside free so you can add your own personal photos to make it yours!
Top Filigree measures 2 inches by 1 inch set with an 18 by 13 mm Oval Vintage Glass Amethyst Cabochon in it's own setting and two 9 mm Czech Glass Cabochons - one each side.
Locket measures 1.5 by 2 inches closed and is 18K Gold plated
SET WITH: Center 18 by 13 mm Imported German Glass Cabochon in it's own setting
Circle of 4 mm glass pearls in their own settings
Circle of 9 mm Imported Czech Glass Cabochons surrounds the outside
